Hello ... back on my blog. On this Monday we returned to practice in the kitchen, then we were given a briefing on Pastry & Bakery, we were taught how to work in making cakes and bread, in making various types of cakes and breads, we need patience so that the results are the same as expected.
Today we made basic sponge cake and it was pretty good, then we made Croissants and this is the third time we have made and still failed to make them, but we still try to keep learning to find the best way.
